The Start of Something Wonderful!

Most people know that I’m new to the real estate game.  This is not something to take lightly when the average cost of a home in this area is close to $1 million.  Not to mention a crazy market that is changing every day.  The landscape is constantly changing so whenever someone asks me something I have to do some digging and check the things I think I know.  I’m new!  However this is a good thing!  Isn’t this what you want?  So yes, I’m new but working hard, getting the information double checked, and having a broker and a great real estate company backing me up and watching over my shoulder.  So being new isn’t all bad.  Trust me, I’m working hard to cross my Ts and dot my Is.  I don’t have a ton of listings or buyers at the moment and I’d love to work with you.  🙂
